| We accept a wide variety of health insurance plans and will submit claims to your insurer on your behalf. If you have specific questions about services covered by your insurance plan, refer to the toll free number on the back of your card and contact your insurance company directly. Payment is expected at the time of service. There is a $10.00 administrative fee charged to the accounts of patients that do not pay at the time of service. Payments can be made in cash, by check or by using your Mastercard, Visa or debit card. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If you anticipate any problems with paying your bill, please speak with the practice manager. We will make every effort to arrange suitable payment arrangements.
